It brings me great joy to welcome you to the 2026 Leadership RoundTable (LRT) Retreat in Singapore! This is the fifth year that we are organising this by-invitation-only leadership retreat.
The LRT began in response to the Lord’s prompting to gather some of my international mentorees together. I wanted them to interact with some of my ministry friends as well. It’s intentionally kept to a relatively small select group to allow for meaningful conversations and robust dialogues. Since it’s not a conference or seminar, there is no need to come with a prepared speech. We simply come to share our lives and our reflections together.

For Day Participants, LRT officially starts at 6:30pm on 06 Sep with a Welcome Dinner. LRT officially ends with lunch on 08 Sep, which is scheduled to finish by 2pm.

For Stay-in Delegates and Guests, hotel accommodation from 06 to 08 Sep 2026 is complimentary, along with all meals at the retreat.
For Day Participants, all meals at the retreat are complimentary. Parking coupons are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Airfare, hotel transfer, and room incidentals are considered exclusions.
Pre-LRT and post-LRT stays at the hotel are also excluded. If you need to book additional nights for pre-LRT and post-LRT stays, please indicate in the registration link and settle corresponding payment directly with Oasia Resort Sentosa upon check-in.

Once you’ve landed, you can take a cab from the airport. The distance is approximately 26.5km, and driving time is estimated between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the traffic condition and timing of arrival.
Alternatively, limousine services are available at a charge and to be arranged by Oasia Resort Sentosa. For bookings, kindly advise your flight number and arrival time with the front office staff by phone or email 48 hours in advance.

Typically, there is a fee to enter Sentosa Island. But for LRT Retreat, it is waived by showing a complimentary QR code at the entrance. This will be provided to you via whatsapp closer to the date.
Please proceed to Oasia Resort Sentosa main drop off area. To park, please proceed to The Village Hotel parking area and make your way to the neighbouring Oasia Resort Sentosa. Complimentary carpark coupons will also be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
IDMC Conference will be held at the Singapore Expo (Address: 1 Expo Dr, Singapore 486150) on 04 to 05 Sep 2026, commencing 0900H on 04 Sep, and closing 1730H on 05 Sep.
Guests under Global Alliance (GA) do NOT have to register for the Conference, GA Team will take care of the registration and we will send you the e-ticket and details closer to the date by email.
